Soundpainting @ The Ink Well

For those of you in the New York region, you’re cordially invited to two sets of original music tonight in the Prospect-Lefferts Gardens neighborhood of Brooklyn.  Evan will be performing with the Hollis Headrick Quintet at the Inkwell Cafe. Jazz, Soundpainting, and accordion licks will all be in the mix. As this is the last performance of the summer series, do swing by if you’re in the area.  Details below.

Bordeaux Think Tank

Many thanks to all who made this summer’s Soundpainting Think Tank in Bordeaux a ton of fun and productive to boot.  Here’s a video from an outdoor performance – although I wasn’t there for this, it captures a bit of the zany, playful spirit of the think tank:

Vodpod videos no longer available.

Back in October, we announced the digital release of ZAHA’s new album, Shoot the Sun.

This record is now available for free download here.  Give it a listen, and, if you’re a fan, donate via the PayPal button on the right sidebar, or head on over to CDBaby to purchase a copy.

Soundpainting Think Tank

Think Tank Many thanks to all who made this year’s Soundpainting Think Tank in Woodstock, NY, a real clambake.  As you can see, we maintained a rigorous post-lunch workout routine (thanks to Dor for the photo).  And thanks to Iselin, Leese, Jeannot, and Sonja for joining in on the moves.  Exercise DVD, anyone?
